This creamy fruit salad was really refreshing and indeed creamy.
Taking this refreshing recipe is a very good way to end the year and usher you into a refreshing new year. LOL!

Generally, fruit are healthy and should be inculcated in your daily diet.
The benefit of taking fruit are numerous. So if you’ve not been serious taking fruits, you are really missing out, you should see as priority now.
Fruits can basically be taken by any class of persons irrespective of health status.
It’s also a recommended recipe for weight watchers because it has little or no calorie and packed with lots of vitamins.
Creamy fruit salad is the combination of different fruits with the addition of liquid milk which of course made it creamy by giving a super creamy taste, look and flavor.
Fruit salad is very healthy to the skin, or will I say is also a food to the skin because it keeps the skin glowing, radiant, supple and healthy from inside out.
Because of the enormous benefits of fruit to the skin, fruits are used in the production of most skincare and hair care products.
Some of these skincare products produced with fruits are avocado oil, orange oil and the rest of them.
Fruit salad is served in events nowadays as a starter.
In the preparation of this recipe, I used up to 6 different fruits which really made good fruit salad.
You could also use different fruit of choice to make yours.
The combination of the fruits I used was really unique and tasty. Please try it out.

To Make Creamy fruit salad recipe, here are the ingredients I used;
Note the quantity of fruit also depends on choice.
1 medium red grapefruit
1 medium green apple
1 medium banana
10 medium cubes pawpaw
10 medium cubes watermelon with seeds
8 cubes pineapple
200ml low fat liquid milk
Wash the fruits
Peel the banana, pineapple, pawpaw, watermelon, and grapefruit
With a sharp kitchen knife, cut separately into medium cubes using a cutting board.
Combine the prepared fruit into a fruit bowl
Add the liquid milk and gently mix.
The super refreshing creamy fruit salad is ready!
